I tend to develop sore throat quite easily. Tried the salt gargle thing before but I think I cuba once only. Maybe that's why didn't work. hahaha
che-cheh, my brother called just now and he recommended that rock salt is even more powerful to kill those nasty germs.. cheap too :D

I received an e-mail about gargling with Listerine and that really works with cold and flu prevention. It even took away my post-nasal drip when gargling every night -- my throat used to burn real bad some mornings if I hadn't eaten in a while and thanks to Listerine this no longer happens.
